January 31: First month of pics completed :) Had a great ending to the weekend today...the snow looks absolutely beautiful outside!! Our shoes are still soaked from yesterdays 14 inch snowfall :) Here comes February...11 months to go!!

January 30: Beautiful day today!! Got over a foot of snow & it's still coming down :) Been snowed in all day! I got all my homework done, hung out with girls all day, had a snowball fight, waiting on papa johns pizza now, and about to start a movie!! :) And a very Happy Birthday, Mama! Wish I could've been there today. Love you!

January 29: Great Friday today :) My teacher played candid camera for our entire class period, got to leave work early, almost ran out of gas (not so great), had an amazing night with my best friend beanie, and now I'm just watching the office while it's snowing outside & they're expecting 6-12 inches! You can only guess what tomorrow's picture will be of.... :)

January 28: Big game tonight & we came out with the win!! Little G was there, and of course was the highlight of the night :) He was sportin his little jersey & sippin down some gatorade-he's our natural little baller in the making! :)

January 27: Long day today! Can't believe it's already the end of the week again. Went to Garen's after work & had a good time just hangin as always :) Watched some parks & recreation and then got to listen to him play for a while...So proud of how good he's gotten :)

January 26: Amazing amazing movie. Watched it twice in the past 2 weeks. Both actors are absolutely amazing in it...I don't usually get all up in the current hollywood gossip, but joaquin phoenix finally cut off his beard & cut his hair!! He looked pretty crazy on letterman last year, so I was excited to see the guy back to his normal self again. Great decision on the new cut joaquin!

January 25: I'm taking a crisis intervention class with an absolutely amazing professor! I'm really interested in art therapy, so I spoke with him about it last week after class on Friday, and asked if he knew anything about it. He told me it's something he actually has incorporated with his clients in the past during his clinical experience, and that art is something he is wanting to incorporate with our psychology program here at school. These are some paintings from his personality class that students did...the assignment was to paint a picture that shows your personality. I thought it was an awesome assignment, and it was really cool to walk around the classroom and see what kids did. Got me pretty excited for my major and my future goals :)

January 24: Cold and rainy here today. Thought it was a good day to finally pull out my boots that I bought over a month ago but haven't had the guts to wear :) Hoping the weather will be better tomorrow...back to writing my paper!!

January 23: Finally got some long awaited coldstone tonight. I know this is the second post with a picture of ice cream, but I personally don't think there could ever be enough. I have a hunch that this year of pictures will consist of tons of pictures taken of food...truly my favorite thing in the world :) and you know it's yours too!

January 22: The first night I completely forgot to post last night. And supposedly a habit is formed after 21 days...but this completely proves wrong. I think it's every day after 21 days that you begin to break the habit! Hopefully this will be the last day forget.

January 21: Second to last night with Leno at 10pm. This pic may be a collectors item one day...so I may have to save this sucker to sell on ebay! Gotta admit I wish Conan was staying at late night...but at least my Jimmy Fallon isn't going anywhere :)

January 20: Our quad apparently loves to eat...juuust a little bit :) As long as there is some barilla pasta & some boxes of mac and cheese...I'm good for the year baby!

January 19: My parents asked today for the link to view my blog...So this is for Mom & Dad :) I love you!

January 18: First day of class today...and missing Jersey like crazy already!!

January 17: Last night staying at the hotel with my parents before they leave tomorrow & school begins tomorrow. Had a great night out to dinner at olive garden and now we're just watching the golden globes. I'm pretty disappointed the office didn't win best comedy tv series...don't get it.

January 16: On my way back to school. No time to take any creative pictures, so here's what I'm doing for 8 hours today. Sitting in the McDonalds parking lot using their wi-fi to upload this sucker...Time to get back on the road!

January 15: My Mama bought this book called "The Jungle Grapevine" for a family in my church today. The author, Alex Beard, is a painter & a writer from the city and does this awesome artwork. I love it...and wanted to share some of it! I thought the flamingos were so cool!

January 14: 2 days ago Haiti was hit with a horrible earthquake, and they are now fearing 100,000 dead. I've been able to go on 3 mission trips to the Dominican Republic and each time has been absolutely amazing. Dominican and Haiti share the same island, and since Dominican already has a very special place in my heart, this was especially upsetting news! Please continue to pray for all the families in Haiti who are suffering the lost of loved ones, and also for those who are traveling with relief organizations. We love you Haiti!

January 13: My brother & I decided to go search the attic for our old original nintendo system...but instead, we found this :) Gotta love the good ol' barbie collection. You know you wish you had that sweet barbie winnebago!

January 12: Tripped & dropped my laptop today...cracked the screen. Pretty upsetting and looking like it's gonna be alot of $$ to fix this baby. Had to put 2 pics up for this one...Going to the genius bar tomorrow to get the horrible news! Definitely won't forget these 2 days this year!

January 11: At 12:15am tonight-technically on January 12...I realized I had forgot to post. I dreaded forgetting a day, and I can't believe I forgot only 11 days in. But I figured 15 minutes late isn't horrible & it could have been worse. I figured I might as well use an actual picture that I took today (Jan. 11) & this was the only one and I had taken it on my cell phone! Weird picture to have taken...but I took it for my best friend Jenna aka Beanie :) Little inside joke we have...so here ya go! This is for you Bean!

January 10: Last night with the Christmas tree. And I already can't wait till December :) I think I may have to start listening to Christmas music & begin decorating after Halloween this year, because I hate how fast everything goes after Thanksgiving. It's so much better anticipating the day early on rather than trying to drag it out until the 10th of January like I've been trying to do...

January 9: After a long day of work, ya gotta love coming home and having some ice cream. This is my favorite flavor...so thought it was picture worthy! If you haven't tried it, your definitely missing out!

January 8: Today I got to visit for the first time Mandolin Brothers in Staten Island, NY. I've been wanting to go there for a while now, so I was very excited to finally make the trip. They have 11 different rooms packed with beautiful new and vintage guitars. It was so sweet. The couch has been there since the store opened, and the great George Harrison even sat there once when he was looking to buy a new ukulele! So, I decided to take a seat...and grab a quick pic :) I'm still lovin the beatles like crazy!

January 7: Got an iPod touch as a late Christmas gift today! :) It is so addicting...with all the endless apps and awesome features. If I talk about it too long, it will sound like apple paid me to advertise for them (which they don't even need to do since everything they make is brilliant). But, it's so sweet! Looking forward to all the times I can use it...such as during any of my boring classes, during work, late at night when I should be sleeping and so on :)

January 6: My best friend and I have been wanting to make a ginger bread house for a while now...and figured it would be cheaper to buy a kit after Christmas :) So, tonight we decided to make one & we also dragged my boyfriend into doing it with us! Although it's not the prettiest thing in the world...it was still alot of fun! So, here's a late Merry Christmas to everyone!

January 5: Haven't touched these babys for a while! Sounds like the most common used new years resolution...but I really think it's time to start using them again. Nothing to expand on with this one...

January 4: Today I went to go get ready for bed and this is what I walk into, so I had to grab my camera. He looked so guilty...probably because the only time I ever find him in the bathroom is when he sneaks into the shower to drink the water by the drain (i know, gross) or to beg me for water when I brush my teeth. I never get this since he always has fresh water in the kitchen, but whatever. It came out a bit blurry, but I just had to snipe a quick pic of this weirdo just standing there!

January 3: So, for Christmas this year we got my Dad the Beatles box set, and they are quickly becoming one of my favorites. Not so surprising since they're "the greatest band that ever came to America," but still...the music today that everyones into such as "Lady Gaga" & "Britney Spears" is truly an embarrassment compared to these guys (i.e. real music). I recommend everyone going out and buying the box set. Or more realistically, just any of their albums. Really wish I coulda met that John Lennon...

January 2: Finally a night to just sit back and relax! After a crazy two weeks of being with some awesome friends & family, it feels so great to just veg out in front of the tv and enjoy some great margarita pie :) As the Italians would say to welcome in the new year, "Salute!"

January 1: Happy New Year! There is something always so exciting about a "fresh new slate" of the new year! I always thought resolutions were a big hype, but I'm really excited to start this "project 365." It was inspired by my friend Julie Garbo! So thanks to her :) We'll see how this all goes...
